Floyd Warner, 80, Route 1, Liberty Center, died at Heller Memorial Hospital early Tuesday evening.
Born June 26, 1891, in Henry County, he was the son of Daniel and Emma Ellen (Jennings) Warner. He spent his life farming in Henry County.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth; one son, Lawrence, Liberty Center; and one daughter, Mrs. Aubrey (Lois Jean) Kessler, Napoleon.
The deceased was a amember of the Liberty Center United Methodist Church, 50 year and past member of the Liberty Center Masonic Lodge, and past matron and member of the Pacific Chapter of Eastern Star no. 62, Liberty Center.
He also served as director of Henry County's 4-H Band for ten years and was director of the Liberty Center Ladies' Band for many years.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, with Reverend Joseph Burnett officiating. Interment will be in Young's Cemetery, Liberty Center. Masonic services will be held at the mortuary, Thursday at 8 p.m. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
