Edith Wynn Woodward of 490 East Maple St., Liberty Center, died at Detwiler Residence Hall at 11 a.m. Monday.
Funeral services were held at the Fiser Funeral Home in Liberty Center at 2 p.m. on Wednesday. Father Phillip Rapp of St. John’s Episcopal Church, Napoleon, officiated at the services. Burial was in Young Cemetery.
Mrs. Woodward was born Jan. 18, 1876 in Oregon, to Peter and Nancy Wynn Miller. She was married to Ray Woodward on April 20, 1897. He preceded her in death in December, 1963.
She leaves two brothers: Orville Miller of Oregon and Byron Miller of Southgate, Calif.
She was a communicant member of St. John's Episcopal Church of Napoleon; a member of the Order of Eastern Star for over 60 years; a member of the Past Matrons’ Club; Henry County Republican Club; a past matron of local order and a past deputy grand matron of the local OES.
