Mrs. Goldie V. Wagler of Liberty Center passed away on April 27 at the home of her son In Riga, Mich., following an illness of two months.
She was born May 12, 1887 to George and Ella Harris Brown In Syracuse, N. Y.
Services were held April 30 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Liberty Center with Elder Darrow Foster officiating. Burial was In Young Cemetery.
She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband Lawrence Wagler; sons Donald E. Witter, N.Y.; Clarence H. Witter, Flint, Mich. Floyd C. Witter, New Hall Calif.; Herbert A. Witter, Jasper, Mich; Arthur Q. Witter, Riga, Mich; and daughter Thelma W. Shaw of Akron; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Margaret Eninger, Shelbyville, Ind.; Mrs. Norma Jean Smith, New Jersey and Mrs. Grace Bralley, Arizona; three stepsons, Donald Wagler, Bucyrus; Milford Wagler, Peru, Ind. and Wayne Wagler of Oregon; one brother, Harvey Brown of Athoh, Idaho; 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
The Fiser Funeral Home was In charge of the services.
