James Sherman Strock

James Sherman Strock, 50, of Liberty Center died Wednesday evening at Sunrise Point, Maple Heights, Ohio.

Born Oct. 2, 1952, in Wauseon, he was the son of the late Cecil Strock and Louisa (Mires) Strock, who survives.

For the past 13 years he was a resident of Warrensville Developmental Center, Cleveland.

He is also survived by three brothers, Leon Bonner and John Strock, both of Liberty Center, and David Strock of Defiance; and two sisters, Cecily Rohrs of Archbold and Charlotte Shrider of Napoleon.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Liberty Center United Methodist Church, Cecily Rohrs officiating. Interment will follow at Youngs Cemetery, Liberty Center.

Visitation will be from 3-9 p.m. Friday at Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center.

The family suggests memorials be made to South West Adult Training Center, Cleveland, or HOPE Services/Henry County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
