Services Wednesday at Liberty Center for Lucinda Starkey
Mrs. Lucinda E. Starkey, 84, died in Napoleon Saturday in the home of a son, Ray Starkey, after an illness of several mpnths.
Also surviving are sons, Charles, Liberty Center; Earl and Guy C., both of Toledo; Dale and Woodrow, both of Napoleon; Carl, of Defiance; daughters, Mrs. Elsie Wright, Defiance, and Mrs. Alice Sperry, Liberty Center; two half sisters, Mrs. Lucy Kline, Liberty Center, and Mrs. Lee Ann Kline, Holgate; 31 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Liberty Center Methodist Church, with the Rev. W. E. Stivers officiating. Interment was made in Young Cemetery.

Mrs. Lucinda E. Starkey, 84, of 1032 Highland Avenue, passed away at 11:10 P.M. on Saturday at the home of her son, Ray, after an illness of several months.
Friends may call at the Wesche Funeral Home. The remains will be taken to the Liberty Center Methodist Church at noon on Wednesday to lie in state until time of service at 2:00 P.M. with the Rev. W. E. Strivers officiating. Interment will be made in Young Cemetery.

Mrs. Starkey was born in Henry Countv on August 18, 1878, the daughter of Michael and Lydia nee Rentz Cramer. For the past 13 years she had made her home in Napoleon with her son, Ray. Her husband Guy S. Starkey preceded her in death in June of 1945.
