Lola Annamay Spiess, 92, of Liberty Center died Saturday at Medical University of Toledo Hospital.
Born Jan. 29, 1913, in Napoleon, she was the daughter of Charles and Blanche (Fuller) Davis. On July 14, 1931, she married J. Clyde "Obie" Spiess, who preceded her in death Nov. 16, 1990.
She was a member of Defiance Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Louise (Albert) Vandenberghe of Napoleon; a son, Terry (Darrell) of Foster, Ky.; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Milton; a brother, Carl Davis; three sisters, Pearl Massey, Millie Butts and Lula Shock; and two grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center, Pastor Mike Barnett and Pastor Terry Spiess officiating. Interment will be at Youngs Cemetery, Liberty Center.
Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
