Andrew David Silveus

Andrew Silveus, 20, of Liberty Center died early this morning at the Medical College of Ohio Hospital of Toledo.

Born Sept. 18, 1979, in Napoleon, he was the son of David and Deb (Wittenmeyer) Silveus, who survive.

He was a junior at the University of Toledo in the college of engineering. He was a member of the Liberty Center United Methodist Church. He was employed at Clapp & Haney Tool & Die of Whitehouse. He graduated from Liberty Center High School in 1998 and was a member of the 1997 state football championship team.

He is also survived by two brothers, Bret and Curt; grandparents, Jim and Phyllis Silveus and LaRena Callahan, all of Liberty Center; and his girlfriend, Melissa Schultz of Liberty Center.

He was preceded in death by a grandparent, Robert Wittenmeyer.

Services for Andrew Silveus of Liberty Center will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Liberty Center United Methodist Church of Liberty Center, Pastor Martin Denes officiating. Interment will be at Youngs Cemetery of Liberty Center.

Visitation will be today from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Wright Funeral Home of Liberty Center.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Andrew D. Silveus Medical and College Fund.
