Frances Sharpe, 94, of Texas died Saturday at Heartland of Wauseon Nursing Home in Wauseon.
Born April 25, 1900, in McClure, she was the daughter of John and Bessie (Rhodes) Wulff. On July 18, 1917, she married Bryan Sharpe, who preceded her in death in 1974.
She was a practical nurse and owned the former Sharpe Nursing in Napoleon from 1946-1969. She was also a member of Liberty Center United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Eldon of Rossford and James of Liberty Center; a daughter, Patricia Heilman of Liberty Center; two brothers, Elmer Wulff of Milton Center and Arthur Wulff of Malinta; a sister, Delores Bower of Napoleon; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, Clyde and Lawson; three brothers, Carl, Rollie and Clarence Wulff; a sister, Lennie Cortwright; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Wright Funeral Home in Liberty Center, Rev. Martin Denes officiating. Interment will be at Youngs Cemetery in Liberty Center.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
