Alice Warner Shank was born in McCutchinsville, Ohio, January 26, 1853, and departed this life Nov. 10, 1935, aged 82 years, 9 months and 14 days. She was the daughter of Emanuel and Maria Warner, and was married to M. G. Shank, October 6, 1870. She came to this county when 12 years of age and remained a resident of this county, with the exception of 8 years spent at Prairie Depot, Ohio.
She leaves to mourn her decease her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Ed Long, Liberty Center, and Mrs. Leo Reinbolt, Delta, 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services were conducted from the late residence Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 12th. Rev. W. A. Piper, pastor of the Sharon Methodist Church, was in charge and spoke words of comfort. Interment was made in Young’s cemetery, Liberty Center.
