Obituary: Services Held Monday for William Schroeder
Services were held Monday at 3:30 p.m. in the Walter mortuary for William Schroeder, 79, who passed away on Saturday at Memorial hospital in Napoleon.
Mr. Schroeder was a retired railroad employee and had lived here for 25 years. He made his home with a son, Walter.
Also surviving is a son, Clarence, of Toledo.

William Schroeder was born in Lucas County, Ohio, on May 27, 1876, and departed this life at the Heller Memorial hospital on October 7, 1955, having reached 79 years, 4 months and 10 days of age.
His wife, the former Agusta Kruger, departed this life 21 years ago. Together they were the parents of two sons, Walter of Liberty Center, and Clarence of Toledo.
Mr. Schroeder was a farmer and had worked on the railroad and had lived to an age exceeding the three score year and ten mark.
Services were conducted from the Walter Funeral Home on Monday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock, with David L. Eichar, pastor of the Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Young’s cemetery.
