Bryan Saul, 74, of Liberty Center died Sunday at his winter home in Stewart, Fla.
Born in Liberty Center Dec. 27, 1918, he was the son of Vane and Bessie (Bryan) Saul. On June 3, 1945, be married Garnette Frysinger, who survives.
An examiner with the Ohio Banking Commission for 30 years, be retired in 1978. He was a member of the Liberty Center United Methodist Church, a charter member and past president of the Liberty Center Rotary and a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow, a member and past master of Liberty Center F&AM, and a member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Toledo.
Also surviving are a son, John of Seattle, Wash.; a daughter, Mary Jo Peairse of Cincinnati; a sister, Hilda Spiess of Liberty Center; and three grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Liberty Center United Methodist Church, Rev. Gerald Lewis officiating. Interment will be at Youngs Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Wright Funeral Home in Liberty Center from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, where Masonic services will take place at 7:30.
Memorials may be made to the church, the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
