Beatrice L. "Goldie" Saul, 96, of Liberty Center died Wednesday at Henry County Hospital.
Born March 10, 1909, in Liberty Center, she was the daughter of George and Ella (Sharp) Snyder and raised by George and Amanda Smith. On Aug. 19, 1926, she married Harold Saul, who preceded her in death in 1971.
A homemaker, she was a member of Liberty Center United Methodist Church, Liberty Center United Methodist Church Women and Pacific Chapter #63, Order of Easter Star, Liberty Center.
She is survived by two sons, Duane (Lois) and Eldon (Arlene), both of Liberty Center; two daughters, Lavora (Everett) Johnson and Louise (Gene) Cordes, both of Napoleon; 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a son, James Jacob; two brothers, Arthur and Kirby Snyder; a half-sister Mienie Bowers; and a grandchild.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Liberty Center United Methodist Church, Pastor David MacDonald officiating. Interment will be at Youngs Cemetery, Liberty Center.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Saturday at Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Liberty Center United Methodist Church, Shrine Crippled Children's Hospital or to a charity of the donor's choice.
