Donald E. Saneholtz May 24, 1910 - April 14, 1998
Donald Saneholtz, 87, of Napoleon died early this morning at Fulton Manor of Wauseon.
Born May 24, 1910, in Napoleon, he was the son of William and Eva (King) Saneholtz. On Oct. 16, 1927, he married Leona Barlow, who survives.
He was a farmer, retiring in 1975. He was a member of Liberty Chapel United Methodist Church, where he was a former trustee, treasurer and member of the building committee. He was also a member of the Henry County Farm Bureau.
He is also survived by two daughters, Patsy Leatherman of Napoleon and Elnora Bechtol of Defiance; four sons, Dr. William Saneholtz of Columbus, Burdette of Liberty Center, Milton of Toledo and Phil of Milford, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond; and two sisters, Irene Bond and Marjorie Fahringer.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Liberty Chapel United Methodist Church, Rev. Lynn Huffman officiating. Interment will be at Youngs Cemetery of Liberty Center.
Visitation will be after 2 p.m. at the Wright Funeral Home of Liberty Center.
The family suggests memorials be made to Liberty Chapel United Methodist Church Children and Youth.
