Obituary:
Amy G. Reimond, 73, of rural Napoleon, died Friday at 11 p.m. at Oak Grove Manor Nursing Home, Deshler. She had been ill since April.
Born October 20, 1910, in Liberty Center, she was the daughter of Jason and Emma Woodward. She married Deera Reimond, and he preceded her in death on April 8, 1971.
Surviving are a son, James, of rural Napoleon; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Maurice (Lavonda) Ballmer, McClure; a brother, Richard, Napoleon; two sisters, Mrs. Royce (Lottie) Mohler, Liberty Center, and Mrs. James (Virginia) Deblin, Liberty Center; three grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Reimond had worked for 17 years at Wauseon Wire Factory. She retired in 1962. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, McClure.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, 1 p.m., at Rodenberger Funeral Home, McClure. The Reverend Craig Edwards will officiate, and burial will be in Youngs Cemetery, Liberty Center.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home after 2 p.m. today.
