Funeral services will be held this afternoon for Johnathan E. Price, 77, of Liberty Center, who passed away at his home on Monday of a heart attack.
Services will be conducted from the home at 2 p.m. with Rev. David Eichar officiating and burial will be in Young's Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, two sisters, Ella Mohler and Lydia Shunk, and a host of friends and relatives.

John E. Price was born May 21, 1875, in Henry county, and departed this life at the home where he had resided since he was eight years of age, Monday, Aug. 4, 1952, at the age of 77 years, 2 months and 9 days.
His parents were Jonathan and Margaret Price,
In 1922 he was united in marriage with Nina Pierce. One daughter was born to this union, and she passed away in infancy at the age of six months.
Mr. Price had a pleasing personality and was well thought of by all who knew him. He had been a loving companion not only to his wife but also to her daughter. He had been kind and considerate to this member of the family.
Mr. Price had been failing in health for about two years.
Surviving besides the companion are two sisters: Mrs. Ella Mohler and Mrs. Lydia Shunk; the stepdaughter, Mrs. Delbert Dannenberg, two granddaughters, and other relatives and many friends.
Services were held Thursday afternoon at the home with the Rev. David L. Eichar officiating. Burial was in Young’s cemetery.
