Adrian Winfield Mohler, 86, of Liberty Center, died Friday at Northcrest Nursing Home, Napoleon.
Born April 30, 1913, in Liberty Center, he was the son of Winfield S. and Kathryn (Russell) Mohler. On June 11, 1932, he married Edna Ruth Follett, who survives.
He delivered milk for the former Napoleon Creamery, then was an electrician for the former Cochran Electric of Napoleon and later was an electrician for Campbell Soup Co. He retired in 1978.
He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Liberty Center, McClure Senior Citizens, AARP and Campbell Soup Retirees.
He is also survived by two daughters, Barbara Sue Sattler of Lyons and Priscilla Kay Schmidt of Lisle, Ill.; two sons, Scott Mohler of Cincinnati and Thomas Mohler of Napoleon; two brothers, Merrill E. ‘Ted’ Mohler of Liberty Center and DeMont Mohler of Delta.; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Janice Leonard; a sister, Bernadine Kane; and a brother, Kenzie Mohler.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Liberty Center, Pastor Randy Gragg officiating. Interment will be at Youngs Cemetery, Liberty Center. ,
Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today at Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center.
The family suggests memorials be made to the church or the Diabetes Foundation.
