Services were at 1:30 Saturday afternoon in the Methodist Church at Liberty Center for Mrs. Herma J. Murray, 78, of 802 Cherry St., who died in Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green, Nov. 9. Rev. W. E. Stivers and Rev. Hefner of Bowling Green officiated, and burial wasYoung Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were in charge of the Fiser Funeral Home.
Mrs. Murray was born May 2, 1888 at Liberty Center to George B. and Estella Graffice. In 1905 she married B. J. Murray, who preceded her in death.
She was a member of Liberty Chapel EUB Church. Surviving are a daughter Mrs. Melvin Minnich, of Bowling Green; a son, R. Ford Murray, of N. Muskegon, Mich.; 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Gladys Yackee, of Liberty Center.
She was a former employee of Bowling Green State University, treasurer of the Village of Liberty Center for several years and was night telephone operator in liberty Center for 34 years.
