Mrs. Elizabeth C. Mueller, 75, 819 Garfield Street, Liberty Center, died at the Oddfellows Home, Springfield, early Wednesday morning. August 11.
Born February 2, 1896, in New York state, she was the daughter of Charles and Agnes (DeNise) Wyman. The deceased was a member of the Rebecca Lodge, and Noble Grand of the lodge for 51 years. She was also a member of the Spanish American War Veterans Auxiliary, Napoleon, and the W. W. II Mothers, Liberty Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband Valentine, August, 1945, and daughter, Nellie, in infancy.
Surviving are one son, Charles, Hamler; 2 daughters, Mrs. Valentina Bassett, Los Angeles, California, Mrs. Fernando (Rosemary) Kutzli, Liberty Center; two sisters, Mrs. Arthur (Grace) Vickers, Lewisburg, Kansas, Mrs. Oliver (Lucy) Crouch, Grove, Oklahoma; and fifteen grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, with Reverend Charles A. Hirshy, Wesleyan Church, Liberty Center, officiating. Interment will be in Young Cemetery, Liberty Center. Friends may call at the mortuary from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight (Thursday) and from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
