Carl D. Mourer

Funeral Services were held at the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, March 16, for Carl D. Mourer, Liberty Center.

Mr. Mourer was born in Liberty Center, October 4th 1885, the son of Charles D. Mourer and Helen (nee) Meese.

He was united in marriage to Agnes E. Boulis on February 29, 1912 at Napoleon Ohio.

Mr. Mourer was a self-employed carpenter and electrician in Liberty Center and was active until late fall 1970.

He was taken to Heller Memorial Hospital in Napoleon, Jan. 27, where he died five weeks later, March 12.

Surviving are his wife Agnes; and three daughters, Mrs. Winona Sigler, Defiance, Mrs. Doris Ritter, Napoleon, Mrs. Donna Beougher, Laurelville, Ohio; four grandsons, four great grandsons and one great granddaughter, one sister, Mrs. Rhea Smith, and nieces and nephews.

A daughter Charleve and 2 brothers Mark and Ernest, preceded him in death.

Mr. Mourer was a member of the Liberty Center Lodge No. 718 L.O.O.F. for many years.

Rev. Isaac Johnston, Pastor of the Christ United Methodist Church, Napoleon, O. officiated. Interment was in Young Cemetery in Liberty Center.
