Mrs. Mary Minnich

Funeral services were held Sunday at the Walker Mortuary for Mrs. Mary Minnich, 81, Maple St., Liberty Center. She died June 18 at the Northcrest Nursing Home. Born in Napoleon on Sept. 29, 1888, she was the daughter of John and Della (Starkey) Thiesen. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Order of Eastern Stars, the W.S.C.S., and the Brean Sunday School class. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd, on May 14, 1968.

Surviving are two sons, Howard and Donald (Red) Minnich, both of Liberty Center; one brother Fred Thiesen, Toledo; five sisters, Mrs. Chester (Cecelia) Keller, Toledo, Mrs. Charles (Bertha) Speta, Bedford, Mich., Mrs. Elbert (Esther) Eddy, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Mrs. Vernon (Helen) Kessler, Toledo, Mrs. Arthur (Gretchen) Schwan, Toledo; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Rev. Joseph Burnett officiated. Interment was in Young Cemetery, Liberty Center.
