Homer A. Loudon, son of Isaiah and Anna Loudon, was born near Liberty Center, Ohio, February 6, 1894, and died in his home near Liberty Center Thursday, January 30, 1936, at the age of 41 years, 11 months and 24 days.
He was united in marriage with Irene Knapp, of Liberty Center, on June 17, 1914, at Defiance, Ohio. One daughter and one son were born of this union, who, with the wife survive.
Deceased had been in poor health for the past several years and was bedfast for three weeks. He spent his entire life farming in this community. E was a very good husband and a kind father. He was a member of Liberty Chapel church. He leaves to mourn their loss his loving companion, his wife, Irene, daughter Edith, son Donald, his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. I. W. Loudon, of Plymouth, Mich., twin brother, Harry Loudon, of Napoleon, sister, Mrs. Erma Hatcher, of Liberty Center, sister, Mrs. Leila Heller, Plymouth, Mich.
Funeral services were held at the Liberty Chapel U. B. church on Sunday afternoon at 2:00, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Archer, and interment was made in Young’s cemetery.
