Ray Liddle, 84, 704 Maple Street, Liberty Center, died Tuesday in Heller Memorial Hospital, Napoleon.
Born November 11, 1886, in Liberty Center, he was the son of John and Elisabeth Liddle. The deceased spent his life farming.
Survivors are his wife, Iona Mae Liddle; daughter, Mrs. Olen Dunmlre, Liberty Center; brother John Liddle, Napoleon; sisters, Mrs. John Wittes, Waterville, Mrs. Elmer Wolf, Oakwood, Mrs. Fred Dietrich, Napoleon; one niece; and three grandchildren.
Mr. Liddle was a member of the Gleaners Lodge, and the Volunteer Fire Department, Liberty Center.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Walker Mortuary, with Reverend Joseph Burnett of the United Methodist Church, Liberty Center, officiating. Friends may call at the mortuary from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday evening and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Interment will be in Young Cemetery, Liberty Center.
