Ethel L. Liddle, 78, Liberty Center, former school teacher, died Wednesday in the Northcrest Nursing Home, Napoleon.
She was born April 4,1896 in Henry County, the daughter of Wallace and Martha E. (Price) Mohler. She married Wayne Liddle and he preceded her in death on November 9, 1956.
The deceased received her teaching certificate from Defiance College and was a former member of the Gleaners.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Wayne (Treva) Miller, Liberty Center; two grandsons, Robert and Kenneth, both of Liberty Center; three sisters, Mrs. Lora Nicely, Delta, Mrs. Bertha Proudfoot, Wauseon, and Mrs. Mabel Biddle, Liberty Center.
Friends may call at the Croll-Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home with Reverend Kenneth E. Brown, pastor of the Liberty Chapel, officiating. Interment will be in Young Cemetery, Liberty Center.
