Cora M. Spaulding Liddle, daughter of Avery and Caroline Spaulding, was born at Jasper, Mich., Oct. 7, 1881. She was one of five children born to these parents, the other four children and the parents having preceded her in death.
She was united in marriage to George W. Liddle of Liberty Center, O., at Delta, O., on July 25, 1900. To this union were born three children, all of whom survive her. Her affliction was only a few days, having enjoyed reasonably good health most of her life. Her earthly career came to a close in her home near Waterville, O., on Dec. 14, 1938, having attained the age of 57 years, 2 months and 7 days.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, her daughter, Grace, at home; two sons, Vernon, Liberty Center, and Eldon, McClure; one grandchild, and a large circle of relatives and friends.
The funeral service was held at the Liberty Center Reformed church on Saturday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m., the Rev. O. Stockmeier of Holgate, O., officiating. Interment was made in Young’s cemetery.
