Mrs. Flossie J. Slee, 75, Delta, died Friday night at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Toledo.

She was born September 21, 1906, in Henry County to John and Hattie May Hiser.

She was a member of the Shiloh Christian Union Church, Delta.

On August 23, 1924, she married Alonzo “Lonnie” Slee, and he survives along with three daughters, Mrs. Donald (Gladys) Nash, Delta, Mrs. Kenneth (Nina) Merillat, Adrian, Michigan, and Mrs, Trudy Baumbarger, Port Clinton; three sons, Robert M. Whitehouse, James, Napoleon, and John, Liberty Center; one sister, Mrs. Nina Marie Young, Deshler; one brother, Howard J. Davis, Neosha, Mississippi; 15 grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 15 step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Croll-Wright Funeral Home in Liberty Center with the Reverend Dan Ledley officiating.

Burial was in Young’s Cemetery, Liberty Center.
