Eleanor J. Slee, 65, Liberty Center, died Tuesday morning at Fulton County Health Center.
Born Oct. 10, 1920, in Liberty Center, she was the daughter of Warren C. and Margaret (Wulff) Sharp. She married Clyde Slee July 3, 1947, and he survives.
A World War II Navy nurse, she worked for Detwiler Hospital, Fulton County Health Center and retired in 1985 after 19 years of nursing at the Maumee Youth Center.
She was a member ot Liberty Center-Colton United Methodist Church and the Ohio Nurses Association.
Surviving besides her husband, are two sons, Scott of Liberty Center and Neal at home; two daughters, Ann Schlink of Rockford, Mich., and Ellen Frank of Cleveland; one sister, Edna Myers of Liberty Center; one brother, Ervin Sharp of Delta; and two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Croll-Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center, Rev. Isaac Johnston, Liberty Center-Colton United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be at Young Cemetery, Liberty Center.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday and before the service tomorrow at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association or the church.
