Henry M. Knoll, 67, Napoleon Township, died Sunday at Community Hospital, Dade City, Florida.
A lifelong area resident, he was born in Henry County on March 10, 1909, the son of John Knoll and Blanche Carpenter. He married Kathryn Dielman on September 23, 1933. They first lived in Liberty Township and have made their home in Napoleon Township for the past 15 years.
Mr. Knoll farmed and worked in the maintenance department of the Henry County Highway Department for 15 years, retiring in 1974. He was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge, Napoleon.
Surviving, besides his wife, are one daughter, Mrs. Harold (Mary) Blair, Napoleon Township; two grandchildren; two brothers, Roland, Liberty Township, and John, Santa Rosa, California; and two sisters, Mrs. Imelda Baker, Napoleon, and Mrs. Mary Creager, Malinta.
Friends may call at the Wesche Funeral Home, Napoleon, after 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
Funeral services, conducted by Reverend Norman Newman, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday in the mortuary.
Interment will be made in Young Cemetery, Liberty Center.
