Lucy Ann Showman Johnson, 91, Liberty Center, died Wednesday evening at her residence.
Born in Liberty Center on June 8, 1895, she was the daughter of Charles and Delia (Young) Showman. She married Ira Leonard Johnson on Nov. 26, 1913 and he preceded her in death in January 1973.
She was a 50-year member and Past Noble Grand of Liberty Center Rebekah Lodge.
Surviving her are two daughters, Lillian (Pat) Langel and Lucille (Peg) Krueger, both of Liberty Center, one sister, Meme DuPoy of Bowling Green; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Leland; two brothers, Cloyce and Mel Showman; and one sister, Lovinia Pohlman.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Croll-Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center, Rev. James Nothstine officiating. Interment will be at Youngs Cemetery.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. today and from 2-9 p.m. Friday at Croll-Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center, where Rebekah services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday.
The family suggests memorials to a charity of the donor’s choice.
