William Bryan Jennings, 64, Liberty Center, died at 1:45 a m. Saturday at St. Vincent Hospital, Toledo. He had been a patient there for the past five days.
A resident of Liberty Center for 60 years, he had owned and operated the W. B. Jennings Store for the past 29 years. He was a lifelong resident of Henry County, having been born in McClure, April 20, 1908, the son of Bert Jennings and Clara Graner. His first wife, Mildred Young, to whom he was married in February, 1929, prededed him in death April 22, 1958. On April 23, 1960 he was united in marriage with Delores Wulff Sager.
Mr. Jennings was a member of the Liberty Center Business Men’s Club.
Surviving, besides his wife, are one son, Raymond, Clyde; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Darla Domyk, Tampa, Florida, Mrs. Carl (Karen) Rouse, Wauseon, Mrs. Lynn (Jacquelyn) Helberg, Napoleon; two brothers, Vernon and Aubrey Jennings, both of Liberty Center; and two sisters, Mrs. L. L. (Mildred) Parker, Toledo, and Mrs. Orra (Alice) Keith, Liberty Center.
Friends may call at the Wesche Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday with Reverend Ted Schroeder officiating. Interment will be made in Young Cemetery in Liberty Center.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be designated for the Heart Fund.
