Karen Sue Inks, 61, of Swanton died Tuesday at her residence.
Born April 13, 1945, in Cambridge, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John Kingsley “King” and Mary Marguerita “Rita” Mires. On Oct. 24, 1986, she married Gus Inks, who survives.
She was a drug and alcohol counselor in Toledo and a registrar at Stautzenberger College, Toledo, retiring five years ago.
She is also survived by a daughter, Tiana (Mitch) Cousino of Delta; a brother, Craig (Marsha) Mires of Lima; and a grandchild.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center, Cecily Rohrs, chaplain, officiating.
Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Visiting Nurse Hospice, American Cancer Society, Alcoholics Anonymous and Arthritis Foundation.
