Mabel Mae Hoffer, 84, of Napoleon died Thursday morning at Henry County Hospital, Napoleon.
Born March 3, 1919, in Lyons, Ohio, she was the daughter of Jacob and Blanche (Richardson) Gephart. On Dec. 31, 1954, she married James Hoffer, who preceded her in death July 21, 1984.
She worked as a cashier for the Liberty Center Schools cafeteria for approximately 10 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Susan Barnes and Janice Hoffer, both of Napoleon; four grandchildren; and three step great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Hazel Lathrop; and two brothers, Roy and Harry Gephart.
Services will be 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center, Pastor Norm Koy officiating. Interment will follow at Youngs Cemetery, Liberty Center.
Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorials be made to Henry County Hospital Foundation or Henry County Home Health Hospice.
