Emily Eunice Henricks was born August 20, 1853, near Fremont, O., and died at her home in Liberty Center, O., October 12, 1918, aged 65 years, 1 month and 22 days.
She was united in marriage on February 20, 1873, to Jacob A. Henricks near Fremont, O., and soon afterward they moved to a farm near Liberty Center, O.
In 1870 they moved from the farm to Liberty Center, which has ever since been their home, with the exception of a two year’s residence in Cygnet, O., from 1881 to 1883.
In this family four children were born: Camilla Elizabeth, Clarence Elmer, Maud Iona and a son, who died in infancy. Camilla Elizabeth died April 11, 1912.
Mrs. Henriclcs had been in ill health for the past 21 years. She was a patient sufferer and always, even during the last years of her sickness, was most thoughtful of the comfort and welfare of others.
There remains to mourn the loss of Mrs. Henricks her husband, Jacob A. Henricks, son, Clarence Elmer Henricks, daughter, Maud Iona Hoiles, three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, six sisters, numerous nephews and nieces and a host of friends.
Funeral services were held in the Reformed church Tuesday at two o'clock, Rev D. E. Martz, pastor, officiating. Interment in the Young’s cemetery
