Wynne Hatcher Sr., Napoleon, died Thursday morning at The Lutheran Home, Napoleon. He was a former Sylvania resident.
Born in Liberty Center on June 16, 1910, he was the son of Charles T. and Erma (Loudon) Hatcher. On Aug. 18, 1930, he married Zelva Leonard, and she survives.
Hatcher had been a route driver with Homer Knisley Cleaners of Sylvania for many years and then worked as a stationary engineer with the Sylvania Schools for 10 years, retiring in 1972.
Also surviving are a daughter, Ann Smith of Holgate; two sons, Wynne Jr. of Clermont, Fla., and Jack L. of Toledo; a sister, Anna Lewis of Weston; two brothers, Waldo of Fayette, Ohio, and Loudon of Astatula, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center, Rev. Kenneth Williams officiating. Interment will be in Young Cemetery, Liberty Center.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.
