Charles W. Graner was born in Germany, Jan. 18, 1851, died at his home in Liberty Center, June 19, 1912, aged 61 years, 1 month and 21 days.
At the age of 8 years he came with his mother and sister to America and settled in Ohio, residing there until his death. He was baptized in the German Reformed church. May 16th, 1863 he was united in marriage to Alice Liddle and to this union was born six children -- two sons and four daughters one daughter having passed to the better land.
Mr. Graner was a member of Tioga Lodge No. 622 K. of P., also the I. O. O. F. and Camp. He leaves to mlourn his departure a devoted wife, two sons, George W. and Charles A., and three daughters, Mrs. Jennie Blair, Mrs. Della Warner and Mrs. Clara Jennings; two half-brothers and one step-brother.
Funeral services were held in Reformed church on Wednesday, June 12th, Rev. A. Barker officiating. Interment in Young’s cemetery.
