Adeline Hoffman Graner, daughter of Charity and Andrew Hoffman, was born July 11, 1871, near Liberty Center, O., and departed this life at her home Feb. 14, 1945, at the age of 73 years, 7 months and 3 days.
She was united in marriage to George W. Graner March 27, 1896. To this union were born three children, one son and two daughters. She was baptized in her infancy and was a member of the Christian Union church.
Had she lived until March 27 she and her husband would have had the privilege of celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. She was a kind and loving mother, a devoted companion, and a very patient sufferer, always putting her trust in her Saviour.
She leaves to mourn her departure, a devoted husband, one son, Arthur; two daughters, Mrs. Carl Ernst and Mrs. Rollie Boulis, all of Liberty Center; nine grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Ivan Taber, Wauseon; Mrs. Roy Hardy, Bryan; and Mrs. Paul Bernicke, Napoleon; with a host of other relatives and friends. Two brothers, Stanton and Reuben Hoffman, and two grandsons preceded her in death.
