Wilda V. Glick, 67, of 911 Woodlawn Court, died at 6:50 a m. on Sunday in Lima Convalescent Home after a long illness.
Born in Napoleon on October 5, 1915, she was the daughter of Andrew and Myrtle (Wright) Orme. She was married to Jack H. Glick on February 20,1939, and they lived their entire married life in Napoleon.
Mrs. Glick was a graduate of Heidelberg College and Northern Illinois College of Optometry. She worked with her husband as an optometrist from 1939 until the time of her illness one year ago.
She was a member of the Ohio and American Optometrist Association, a charter member of Browsers Literary Society, the Eastern Star and D.A.R. and a member of the Presbyterian Church in Napoleon.
Surviving, besides her husband, are three daughters, Mrs. Warner (Bonita) Kugler of Lima, Mrs. John (Helen) Santiago of Key Largo, Florida, and Mrs. Ronald (Cheri) Sawicki, of New Castle, Indiana; and four grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 8 p.m. on Tuesday in Presbyterian Church in Napoleon, with the Reverend Henry Walters officiating.
There will be no visitation. The family will receive friends at the church from 7 to 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday evening.
The family requested flowers be omitted and suggested memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
