Mary Gilmore Dies Friday

Funeral services for Mrs.. Mary Gilmore, 91, were held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Pilgrim Holiness church. Rev. Ben Awe, of Columbus, O., a former pastor, officiated, with the present pastor, Rev. Ivan Loveless, assisting.

Mrs. Gilmore was born in 1868 to John and Mary Ann Hudson. She was married to Otis Gilmore, who preceded her in death in 1937.

She was a faithful member of the Pilgrim Holiness church until her death. She passed away in the home of Mrs. Della Seymour, north of Liberty.

She leaves several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Burial was made in Young’s cemetery.
