Esther G. Fosnow, 72, Liberty Center, died Thursday morning in Heller Memorial Hospital, Napoleon, following a short illness.
She was born August 25, 1904, in Harrison Township, the daughter of Henry Fry and Hattie Spitznaugle. On July 18, 1942, she married Clarence H. Fosnow and he survives.
The deceased was a member of the Liberty Center Wesleyan Church and a member of the Flinch Club of Liberty Center.
Surviving besides her husband, are one stepdaughter, Mrs. Blair (Betty Jean) Stentz, Arab, Alabama; two step-grandsons; two brothers, William Fry, Liberty Center, and Henry Fry, Tawas City, Michigan; and three sisters, Mrs. Hazel Davis, Liberty Center, Mrs. Mabel Sallah, Pontiac, Michigan, and Mrs. Victor (Edna) Wallace, Toledo.
Services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Croll-Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center, with Reverend David L. Fruth officiating.
Interment will be made in Young Cemetery, Liberty Center.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. on Friday.
The family suggests that memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
