Willo Eichler, 86, of Wauseon and formerly of Liberty Center, died Wednesday afternoon at Harborside Healthcare of Defiance.
Born Dec. 29, 1914, in Tedrow, she was the daughter of Aaron and Jennie (Aeschliman) Smith. On May 29, 1935, she married Norris Beilharz, who preceded her in death on Nov. 5, 1975. She then married Robert Eichler on, May 12, 1979, and he preceded her in death on May 3, 1988.
She owned and operated Mae's Beauty Shop in Liberty Center for 50 years, retiring in 1979. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church of Wauseon and a former member of Liberty Center United Methodist Church and Pacific Chapter #63 OES of Liberty Center.
She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Beilharz of Van Buren and Terry Beilharz of Defiance; a sister, Virginia Nofziger of Wauseon; six grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Vernard, Floyd and Paul Smith; and a sister, Wilma Eldredge.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Wright Funeral Home of Liberty Center, Pastor Joseph Chrisman officiating. Interment will be at Youngs Cemetery of Liberty Center.
