Herbert W. Wilcox, 57, Genoa, died Monday in St. Luke’s Hospital, Maumee. He was formerly a Liberty Center resident.
Mr. Wilcox was a retired foreman with the pipe shop of A. Bentley & Sons Company, Toledo, and previously worked for Flow-Sweet Products Company, Toledo. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mary; three sons, John, Larry and Allen, all of Royal Oak, Michigan; a daughter, Mrs. Patsy Yaichner, Napoleon; two brothers, Robert, Hamilton, Indiana, and Clifford, Rensselaer, Indiana; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be conducted Friday, 1 p.m., at Eggleston-Minert-Welsh Funeral Home, Oregon, and interment will follow in Youngs Cemetery, Liberty Center.
The family suggests any memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
