Perry F. Corwin, 62, a Liberty center area farmer, died Friday in Heller Memorial Hospital, Napoleon.
He was born February 18, 1906 in Mason County, Michigan, a son of Fred and Bertha (Bortel) Corwin. He was a member of the Liberty Center I.O.O.F. Lodge.
Surviving are his wife, the former Edna Watson; a son, Milton S., Liberty Center; a daughter, Mrs. Burl (Dorothy) Beavers, Liberty Center; a brother, Clarenee Corwin, Route 5, Napoleon; a sister, Mrs. Floyd (Ruth) Rhody, Flat Rock, Mich.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Liberty Center United Methodist Church, the Reverend Lester Litton officiating. Burial will be in Young Cemetery. Visiting hours in Walker Mortuary are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
A memorial service will be conducted at 8 p.m. this evening at the mortuary by Odd Fellows Lodge 718, Liberty Center.
