Edna K Carver, 77, Liberty Center, died Saturday evening in Heller Memorial Hospital following a short illness.
She was born on January 20, 1903, in Hamler to Herman and Mary (Vajen) Lindhorst and married Homer Carver on October 4. 1925.
The deceased was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Liberty Center, and St. Paul's Ladies' Aid Society.
She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Carolyn) Weis, Liberty Center; one son, Herbert, St. Petersburg, Florida; two brothers, Fred, Napoleon, and Henry, Delta; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be this afternoon and evening at Croll-Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center. The body will lie in state on Tuesday afternoon at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Liberty Center, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. with the Reverend Paul Baumann officiating.
Burial will be at Young's Cemetery, Liberty Center.
The family suggests that memorials be made to the Heart Association or the church building fund.
