Thelma Pauline Sheely was born to Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Sheely Hancock county, at Van Buren, O., on Oct. 13, 1915.
Pauline attended the Liberty Center schools. She graduated from high school with the class of ‘33 with the honor of salutatorian. She was well liked by all of her classmates and her many friends.
At the age of 17 she was baptized in the St. John’s Reformed church by the Rev. Stockmier. She was always a great worker in the church and Ladies’ Aid society.
At the age of 17 years she was united in marriage to Robert C. Butter?eld, Aug. 3, 1933. To this union one child was born, a son, William Lee Butter?eld.
She was a faithful wife and mother. She departed this life at the age of 30 years, 8 months and 2 days.
She leaves to mourn her death, her husband, Robert; son, William Lee; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Sheely; two sisters, Ina Wyckhouse, Rosamond Hendrickson; three brothers, Lyman, Forest and Bernard; one maternal grandmother, and many other relatives and friends.
