Rollie W. Boulis Services Held
Dies Suddenly Of Heart Ailment
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon for Rollie W. Boulis, 60, who died of a heart attack on Saturday.
Mr. Boulis, an employee of the Walter funeral home, collapsed while preparing to take Billy Kigar, 12, a polio victim, to a Toledo hospital. Death occurred in the Kigar home at Texas.
He was the youngest son of William and Anna Boulis and was born March 3, 1900.
Feb. 22. 1920, he was united in marriage with Maude Graner, and to this union were born three sons and one daughter. He was baptized in childhood and was made a member at confirmation of the St. Paul’s Lutheran church of McClure.
He was a kind and loving husband and father and devoted his life to the betterment of the community. He was an active member of the local American Legion post and will be greatly missed.
He leaves to mourn his departure, his wife, Maude; son, Kenneth and daughter LaRena; one granddaughter, Karen Sue; three brothers, Harvey of Toledo, Ralph of Findlay, Orville of Liberty Center, and one sister, Agnes Mourer, of Liberty Center.
One brother, a twin, Roscoe and two sons, Junior and Robert, preceded him in death.
Services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock with the Rev. David L. Eichar officiating, Walter funeral home, morticians. Burial was made in Young’s cemetery.

While Waiting at the Claire Kigar home In Texas, O., to take his son to the Crippled Children’s Home in Toledo, Rollie W. Boulis, 53, an employee of the Walters Funeral Home in Liberty Center, died suddenly of a heart attack.
Mr. Boulis collapsed while he was preparing William Kigar, 13, a polio victim, for the trip to Toledo. The Child had been spending several days at home with his parents.
A former school bus driver for the Liberty Center Schools, Mr. Boulis retired last year because of a heart condition.
The body was removed to the Walters Funeral Home and later taken to the residence. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon.
