Neva Bichan, 93, of Scottsdale, AZ and formerly of Galion, OH, died Monday, May 20, 1991 at Life Care Nursing Home in Scottsdale, AZ.

Neva Bichan was born April 10, 1897 in Liberty Center, OH to Charles and Julia (Rogers) Wright, both deceased. She was married to Thomas S. Bichan in 1920, he died in 1961.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Napoleon Chapter of Eastern Star #332, the First United Methodist Church Naomi Sunday School Class, Rachel Circle also the American Legion Auxiliary and the Matrons Club Liberty Center, OH.

She is survived by daughter Mrs. Montford 'Bill' (Bonnie) Fischer of Gallon, OH; 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 daughters, 1 brother and 1 sister.

Calling hours will be Friday, May 24 from 7-9 PM at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, Gallon, OH, where Eastern Star Services will be 8:30 PM Friday. Funeral Saturday May 25 at 10 AM, by Rev. Larry A. Draper. Burial Young Cemetery Liberty Center, OH. Graveside Services will be held 2:30 Saturday afternoon. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church or Meals on Wheels thru the YMCA.
