Goldia M. Anspach, 84, of Palmetto, Florida, died Tuesday, May 1, at Sun Coast Manor Nursing Home, Bradenton, Florida, following a brief Illness.
Born In Liberty Center on August 21, 1899, she was the daughter of Harman and Clara (Hudson) Zahrendt. She married John A. Anspach on August 9, 1919, and he preceded her in death on October 13, 1975.
Mrs. Anspach retired in 1960 from Toledo Stamping and Manufacturing Company. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Palmetto; Liberty Center Pacific Chapter 63, Order of the Eastern Star; and Union Rebekah Lodge 273, Liberty Center.
Surviving are a son, Bryce, of Toledo; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held Friday, May 4, in the Croll-Wright Funeral Home, Liberty Center. The Reverend John Rainey of Point Place United Church of Christ officiated, and interment was in Youngs Cemetery, Liberty Center.
The family suggests any memorials be made to First United Methodist Church, Palmetto, or Point Place United Church of Christ.
