The Chloie Elizabeth Warner Family

Chloie Elizabeth Webster married Charles Warner on March 7, 1867. She died at Forest, Ohio, Hardin County, on March 16, 1905.

The Warner children were:

Leafy L., born January 6, 1868. She married Edward Downard on July 8, 1888. They had the following children:

Nellie Downard, born August 8, 1889, died 1906, age 17.

Ethel Lanta Downard, married Earl Wright of Tecumseh, Michigan.

Charles Jay Downard, married Marie Roger, lived at Waterville, Ohio.

Lavern Carlos married Myrtle Laytort, lives at Clayton, Michigan.

Cora Downard married Carl Van Doren, had 12 children.

Howard Downard married Alberta Ferguson, lived at Swanton, Ohio.

Herbert Downard married Kohletta Kuhn, had 2 girls, lived at Swanton, Ohio.

Anna Chloie born Oct. 13, 1896, married William Orthwein. Their children are:

Lucille Irene, born March 24, 1917 and married Wendell Lowry on May 27, 1939. They had David John, born March 13, 1948 and Louise Ann, born July 3, 1953.

Gertrude Bernice, born on June 19, 1919 and married Doyle King Tawney on August 12, 1939. Their children are: Janice, born June 4, 1941, married Dave Burkholder on July 19, 1959 and had Pamela Sue, born on April 21, 1960; Nick, born May 6, 1965; and Rick born November 15, 1966. Terry Lee Tawney born July 23, 1948. Doyle Tawney died January 3, 1977.
