William Thrasher Family

William Thrasher married Anna Kiefer who was born in Ridgeville Township on June 17, 1862 to Martin and Anna Kutchley Kiefer. The Kutchley family settled in German Township, Fulton County, Ohio. Anna was born in Switzerland. She and her parents left Le Havre, France and landed in New York City. Martin Kiefer was born in France and at the age of three came to America with his parents. His father, Martin Kiefer fought in the War of 1812 and was an early settler in German Township of Fulton County. Martin, Jr. was born in 1830 and died on April 21, 1914. Anna was born in 1833 and died in 1889. They died in Ridgeville Township, Henry County, Ohio.

The children of William M. and Anna Kiefer Thrasher were: Timothy, born 1883, married Lottie Ridenour of Toledo, Ohio. They had Tarlton, born 1907, Arthur, born 1905, and Ralph, born 1910.

Robert Thrasher, son of William M., married Anna Inman and they had Dora and Donald Thrasher.

Abigail Thrasher married William Lather and they had Orville L., Stella and Elmer Lather.

Almina Thrasher was the youngest child, and there is no family record on her.
