Mary Mitchell Parker Ferguson

Mary Mitchell Parker Ferguson - Wife of Andrew Ferguson, was born Feb. 21, 1822, to Andrew and Mitchell in Toledo, Ohio. She married Joseph Parker on Nov. 12, 1840. He died Sept. 13, 1846, leaving her with 3 children and a 4th born after his death. A year later on Sept. 3, 1847, she married Andrew Ferguson. In 1864 her oldest son William died and a year later on Oct. 15, 1865, Andrew died leaving her with 10 children 3 to 18 years of age. She remained on the farm until later years when she visited in the homes of her children. On Feb. 19, 1903, she died at the home of her son Alva and is buried at Forest Hill Cemetery in Napoleon, Ohio.
