Charles H. Nartker

Charles H. Nartker, the son of John and Theresa Dulle Nartker, was born in 1893. In his young manhood, he lived in Hamler, Ohio and worked as a harness maker. He married Cora Bell Grim, daughter of John and Lilly Swayer Grim, and they began farming and lived in various places in Henry County.

The Nartkers had five children: Harry, Luella, Richard, and twins, Betty and Bernard.

Harry married Ethel Lemon. They have two sons.

Luella married Orville Rettig. They had seven children. Luella passed away in September, 1952.

Richard married Madge Rettig. They have one daughter.

Bernard married Joan Rickenberg. They have six children.

Betty married Herbert Baden and they have five children.

Charles passed away in November, 1966 and Cora in January, 1959.
